Terms
Steady Days — Terms of Sale and Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Steady Days when you buy or use The Calm Morning Blueprint from steadydays.store. They cover the purchase, what you may do with the files, what we will do if something is wrong with them, and what the guide is not. Please read the payment, delivery and refund sections before you buy — buying means you accept them.
1. Who sells, and who takes the money
We are Steady Days, the publisher of the guide and of this website. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record: they are the party that takes your payment, issues the receipt and invoice, charges the tax and appears on your statement, and sends you the email that carries the download link for the files. We stay responsible for the content of the guide, for your licence to use it, and for support. That split matters practically — a tax invoice comes from Dodo, and a replacement file comes from us.
2. What you are buying
The Calm Morning Blueprint is a digital product: the guide as a PDF and a printable toolkit as a second PDF. Nothing is shipped, there is no printed copy, no subscription and no auto-renewal. You pay once and the files are yours to keep, on the terms in section 3.
3. Your licence
The guide is licensed, not sold. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices and to print the toolkit pages for your own household. You may not share, resell, redistribute or post the files or their pages anywhere — including groups, shared drives and marketplaces — use them to train AI models, or republish or adapt them. The full wording is in our License, which these terms incorporate.
4. Price, payment and currency
The price is the one shown on this page and confirmed on Dodo’s checkout page before you authorise anything, and the guide is a one-time purchase. Prices are set in US dollars and include applicable taxes, because tax is handled by the merchant of record. Depending on where you are, Dodo may show you an estimated total in your local currency and let you choose which currency to pay in; the amount actually charged is the total on the page you confirm. If the total you authorised is not the total you expected, do not complete the payment — write to us and we will sort it out.
5. Delivery
Dodo sends your receipt to the email address you enter at checkout, and that receipt carries the one link to both files — the files are not attached to the email. So an address typed with a mistake in it will reach nobody; if nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the address you used, then your spam and promotions folders, before writing to us. The files are PDFs and need a PDF reader. That link opens a download page we measured staying available for 30 days after purchase, and after that it stops working — download both files early and keep them somewhere safe. Sending you that receipt and link is the whole of our delivery obligation.
6. Refunds
This is a digital download delivered immediately to the buyer, and Chapter 1 is free to read first precisely so that you can see what you are getting. For those two reasons we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or because the guide was not what you hoped for. Payment problems are different and are handled individually: a duplicate charge, an amount you did not authorise, or a charge you do not recognise should be sent to us or to Dodo Payments, and will be looked at. Nothing in this section limits a refund you are entitled to under your local consumer law.
7. If the files are faulty or wrong
We will replace your file if it is corrupt or will not open, if it is formatted in a way that makes it unreadable, or if its contents completely contradict the product description on this website. Use our Replacement Policy and the replacement request form; we review every request and work to it within 5 to 6 business days. Troubleshooting first: the files open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, Safari and Edge, and an interrupted download can usually be redone from your confirmation email.
8. What the guide is not
It is general informational and practical material for parents of school-age children. It is not medical, psychological or behavioural advice, and not a substitute for assessment by a qualified physician, psychologist, paediatrician or other licensed professional. Nothing in it is a diagnosis or a treatment plan for your child. If you have concerns about your child’s development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing or ability to manage daily routines, talk to a professional — a guide is not a substitute for one.
9. Your conduct
You agree not to redistribute the material contrary to section 3, not to buy or sell accounts or files belonging to someone else, and not to attempt to reach the order records, abuse the checkout, or use this site for anything unlawful. Trying to do the first two is a breach; trying to do the third is something we would have to report.
10. Warranties, liability and consumer rights
Apart from the replacement commitment in section 7 and any promise your local law says we cannot contract out of, the guide and this site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to completeness, accuracy or suitability for your circumstances. To the fullest extent the law allows, and whatever the form of the claim, our total liability for anything arising out of the guide or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the guide, and we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
That paragraph describes the limit we assert, not a claim about your rights. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded or restricted — including statutory rights about digital content, faulty goods, or a remedy period — those rights still apply to you and we do not intend to make you think otherwise.
11. Other services, and their terms
While you are on the checkout page you are also subject to Dodo Payments’ own terms, and that page loads components from Stripe, Airwallex and Google Pay. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Those are third-party services; we do not control them, and their policies apply to what they do.
12. Changes
We may update the guide, this website, and these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase, so a later change does not take away what you were sold. If we stop selling the guide, existing licences and our replacement commitment in section 7 continue.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place in which Steady Days is established, and disputes go to that place’s courts. This does not take away any non-waivable consumer protection you have where you live, and it does not change your right to complain to your local authority.
14. Contact
Questions about an order, a file, this licence or these terms: support@steadydays.store. Give your payment ID if you have it — the one on your Dodo receipt — so we can find the order without asking you for more than we need.
