Replacement Policy

We want you to be able to read and use what you bought. We’ll replace your ebook file if (1) the file is corrupt or won’t open, (2) the file is formatted in a way that makes it unreadable, or (3) the contents completely contradict the product description on our website.

How it works: complete our replacement request survey. Once we’ve received it, we’ll send a replacement within 5 to 6 business days.

What this doesn’t cover: The Calm Morning Blueprint is a digital download, so replacements aren’t available for a change of mind or because the guide wasn’t what you hoped for. That’s why Chapter 1 is free to read first.
